Due to the competition, set designers must have at least a bachelor's degree in arts in their Set Designer Resume sample, this degree may be with specialization in production or design or architecture or set design itself.

Their salary depends on the industry they work. The ones which pay the most are the movie and TV industry, followed by amusement parks, then the theater and in last place are the exhibitions. Some designers can earn $50 000 in a year while the top ones can make more than $80 000 in a year.
