Airline managers deal with aircraft service. They ensure that the aircrafts are in an optimal condition, and that they can provide an excellent customer service. They verify that everything is in order in regard to incoming and outgoing flights, and they set budgets. They must be attentive, proactive, and patient. They must solve problems, interpret and insert data. They must have knowledge about rules and procedures in regard to air transportation. They must also, of course, have knowledge about administration. Most of all, they must assign security operations to promote public safety.
